to the justices and staff of the Supreme Court, and to members of the judiciary and their staffs.
to legislators, staffs of the legal and research divisions of the Legislative Counsel Bureau during legislative sessions.
Weekdays, excluding holidays, while Security is present, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
to legislators or legislative staff
to deputy attorneys general and other government attorneys;
to members of the Nevada or California bar and their authorized staff;
to independently employed paralegals, or paralegals working under the supervision of an attorney;
to students in a lawrelated class (with a letter from the instructor), for the duration of the course;
to members of the public who are representing themselves in a legal action, or preparing for a legal action, upon submission to the law librarian of a form containing their name, address (a verifiable physical address is required along with any post office box), telephone number, a brief statement of the reason afterhours access is required;
to members of the public who request occasional permission to remain after 5:00 p.m. to complete a research project. Occasional users will be logged in by a security officer upon the library's closing and may not be readmitted upon leaving
