Our Collection

The library provides up-to-date legal materials in all formats, including print, CD-ROM and online sources. The collection emphasizes primary legal resources (statutes, cases, and regulations of state and federal government) and provides secondary legal materials geared towards the general practitioner. In addition to United States law, the library maintains a collection of English common law materials dating back to the Magna Carta. Other specialties are Indian law and Nevada law. The library subscribes to WESTLAW, LEXIS/NEXIS (including Shepard's Online), Hein Online and RIA State Tax Reporter (also known as RIA Checkpoint).

You may borrow from the collection using interlibrary loan through your local public or college library.

Periodically we publish a list of new titles that we have added to the collection.
